Poor Mans Tethering allows you to transfer files via iTunes, if your Mac/PC has no internet connection. The files will be transferred to your iPhone/iPad and can be sent as emails over the cellular net. Also you can transfer received files to Poor Mans Tethering and back to your Mac/PC.
